Typage HLA par Micro-SSP

La gamme Micro SSP™ One Lambda offre un typage HLA classe I et II complet.


À l’aide de plaques génériques, les utilisateurs peuvent identifier les allèles HLA de classe I ou II individuellement ou simultanément.
Si une identification de l'antigène plus précise est nécessaire, les plaques spécifiques de haute résolution contribueront à éliminer les ambiguïtés.

  • Haute Résolution
    Les Plaques Micro SSP Haute Résolution offrent des informations de sous-typage plus détaillées pour les allèles de Classe II (DPA1/DPB1, DQA1 et DRB1,3, 4, 5). Elles permettent d'effectuer des tests ciblés afin d'éliminer les ambiguïtés et de confirmer les résultats douteux.
